Trials
While paid plans are not yet available, eligible customers get a free 30-day trial of the self-service plan they select, without a payment card. When it ends, access pauses; nothing is charged, nothing renews, and the workspace and its data are kept. It counts as the customer's one trial.
Once paid plans are available, eligible customers can trial the paid self-service plan they select for 14 days. A payment card is required before the trial starts, but no subscription charge is taken during the trial. Stripe Checkout shows the plan, billing currency, renewal price, applicable tax, and exact first charge date before confirmation. A customer or organization may receive only one trial; changing tiers does not start another trial.
Cancel Anytime
You may cancel renewal at any time from the billing controls or by contacting support@getpolidata.com. A free trial without a card needs no cancellation. If you cancel during a trial with a card, access ends when the trial expires and no subscription charge is due. If you cancel after payment, cancellation normally takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period and access continues until then.
Ordinary Refund Rule
We do not normally provide prorated or partial-period refunds for an ordinary mid-period cancellation. This rule does not limit mandatory rights, including rights relating to an incorrect or duplicate charge, a service that does not conform to the contract, or a valid statutory withdrawal.
EU and Polish Withdrawal Rights
If you are an EU consumer—or a Polish sole trader protected as a consumer for a contract that is not professional in nature—you may generally withdraw from a distance service contract within 14 days after it is concluded, without giving a reason. To exercise this right, send an unambiguous statement to privacy@getpolidata.com before the deadline. You may use the model form below, but it is not required.
If you expressly ask us to begin providing a paid service during the withdrawal period and later withdraw, applicable law may permit a proportionate charge for service already provided. We will acknowledge a withdrawal request without undue delay and apply the legally required remedy. Mandatory rights cannot be waived by this policy.
Model Withdrawal Statement
I hereby give notice that I withdraw from my contract for the PoliData service. Account email: [email]. Plan: [plan]. Contract date: [date]. Name and address: [details]. Date: [date].
How Refunds Are Returned
Where a refund is due, it is normally returned to the original payment method. Timing depends on the payment network and bank. We may request information reasonably needed to locate the payment and verify the requester, but we will not require information unrelated to the request.
